Riverkings game

I am babysitting right now and I am super bored b/c there is absolutely nothing to do! lol. But its okay I think I will live. Anyways, last night was Battle of the Bands at our school. Alex, Nick, and Shane had a band called Stainless Banner but then Nick quit so then Corey played with them. They did pretty good but didn't win. WIcker won, oh yeah, and MOH (Miscreants on Holiday) was there and they were awesome but didn't win. So, I really wanted to go to that b/c alot of my friends were going but I didn't get to go because I had to go to a Riverkings ice hockey game at the Desoto center with my family. We were going with Stephens boy scout troop. OMG!!! It was like the best game ever. There was like 5 fights! They kept pulling there masks and gloves off and fighting. ANd one time I stood up and I was like screaming and chanting FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!!! And then the dad sitting in front of me was being sarcastic and said " I don't think you've ever been to a hockey game have you. " lol. And two pucks flew into the audience. WOW I didn't think it was going to be that much fun, but it was sooo awesome! I am going to go see Houston play there some time but I dunno if we have any more games left because I know we already made it to states so yeah. I think the concept of hockey is the more your team mates fight and win the better team u are. hahaha. Yeah, well thats basically it. I am going to start reading Utopia for world history and writing my 20 questions. blah. BUt yeah, today is gonna be great fun! I can't wait to hang out with Casey she is so sweet and I could really see us becoming like best friends! Well i g2g so yeah. love yall. bye.

WOW...I sure do have a lot to tell yall. First of all I haven't updated this in about 3 weeks or sumthin like that so I am going to have like 5 pages of writing..lol.

Alright well this guy named James Scott who has blonde hair and is kinda tall asked me out. I said yes. lol. I think I prolly shouldn't have gone out with him, but it was fun while it lasted. All of four days..haha. He broke up with me, but I was kinda glad b/c I probably would have broken up with him anyways cuz I really didn't like him as much as I thought I did. Plus we only had first period together and we didn't even have the same teacher it is just because we have joined P.E. but once we go back to the classroom I won't see him anymore. So I guess it all worked out for the better. Oh yeah, its kinda funny cuz now he is going out with this girl named Alex Lee who isn't that pretty. And everyone was like James why are u goin out with Alex you could do so much better. Which I know is really mean, but its kinda funny.

About track. Well yesterday which was friday we had to run a timed 500m, then 5 50's. It seemed bad but wasn't as bad as we thought. Then Nissa, Edey, and I did shot put for most of the time, and threw the discus a few times. Then at the end of practice I raced Palmer on a 100 then a 50. We did it barefooted too. He barely beat me on the 100, and then we tied on the 50m. It was great though becuase I was wearing these huge knee high socks that had santa claus on them, and then I had my star sunglasses that were green. It was great!! Yeah, then me and Hannah Park, and Brad Butakowski, and Palmer were all sitting on the pole vault mat for like 20 minutes. lol. Thats basically all about track. Oh yeah, and the other day it sucked because we had to run a 300 then 200 then 100 then 400. And they were all time trials. Let me tell u how much I was hurting after that. Coach Campbell wants me to think about doing pentathalon which is five events. The events are long jump, shot put, 100m hurdles, high jump, and an 800m. So, I dunno we will see. But right now coach Goode and Coach Campbell are training me for the 400m and the 1x4 relay which would be lots of fun. I also want to run a 200 or 100. But I don't think I owuld be able to run that but we will see. Well thats basically it.

School. Well I am doing good in all my classes except stupid world history. I have an 84 with the four points and we just did our projects and I got an 84 on it. I was sooo freakin pissed. I spent so much time on that power point and I did word searches and everything and then one little thing on my works cited was wrong. And Ms. Proffer told me that if my works cited had been right then I would have gotten a 205. GAH! Oh well though I am gonna ask her if I can redo it or do extra credit becuase I HAVE TO get a B. But we will see. Hopefully everything will work out fine. Anyways, thats basically it. If I am forgetting something I will add it later but ya. Oh I gotta go but I went to a riverkings game last night and I will tell u about it later.

alrighty...where to start. Well first of all I think I have strep throat...which kinda stinks. Today at track we had to run 2 350s and one 200, but my inner shins started hurting SOO bad so I just had to run on the football field. OMG! we also got to run hurdles today. It was sooo much fun! That was my second time doing it. It is lots of fun, but it is kind of scary because you don't know if you are going to clear the hurdle..lol. I have had bad previous experiences with that. lol. At band camp Haley Walker and I were on the track and I was like oh a hurdle lets jump over it. So she ran from like really far away and i went real up close and she made it over fine and i hit it and it fell over and I like fell on my face, and my elbow started bleeding and stuff. It was hilarious! But yea, I haven't had any trouble since then. haha.

Geez...on Tuesday we had the hardest track workout. We had to run 8 X 250s and then we had weights. It was soo tiring. I felt like I was gonna pass out, and Nissa Aleman threw up! Oh a really funny thing happened. We were in the weight room and some guy almost dropped his weights on me, but anyways we were listening to music and drop it like its hott or HAWT..haha..came on the radio. And I started dancing and stuff and I was walking out and this black guy was like hey you come here. So I went over there and he was like dang..you have really good rythm for a caucasion...hahahahah...and I just started like cracking up it was so funny. mmkay. knew subject. lol.

Over the weekend I did tons of stuff. On Friday I went over to Maggies. Well first Alex Swindle, Nick Burkhalter, Tripp Anderson, and Shane Pearson came over to my house and we jumped on my trampoline. I swear everytime you get in and out of that netted trampoline it feels like you are being born! haha. I have another funny story. I was trying to get out and I couldn't get the zipper undone and Tripp had like half his body out, but he was like facing me. And I go "I can't get this zipper!" But what made it super funny was that Tripps pants zipper was right there..and Tripp goes oh I can help u with that. It was soo hilarious! Anyways, so then I spent the night at Maggies and Nick, Alex, and Shane were over for a while but then they all had to go home except Alex, who stayed over at Maggies till like 1030pm. Then we stayed up and talked a bit, Meghan was spending the night too. And I think we went to bed at like 1. Then the next day I had to clean for our super bowl party. Saturday night I went to the movies to see Coach Carter with Chris Hawkins, Nick, Maggie, and Shane. All three of them like me!! haha. Anyways, the movie was really good. Then we walked over to McAllister's which is next door and we got some sweet tea cuz they were about to close, so we didn't wanna get actual food. Oh yeah, I also went shopping with my dad and we went to Fleet Feet and I got new tennis shoes. They are awesome! I also wore these green sunglasses that are stars! They were soo funny. I took a picture with my dads camera phone and we were laughing. :) I love hanging out with my dad. This morning while I was on the bus my dad called me just to tell me he loved me! Isn't that the sweetest thing ever. And he left me a message!! Then on Sunday we went to church, Jason and LeAnn are having a baby!!!! hehe. Then I went to see The Wedding Date with Kirsten. It was sooooo good! omg..it was the funniest movie. Yeah, then I went to church to watch the super bowl which was fun, but Johnny got bored so at half time we came home b/c we were having a party at home. It was the Patriots vs. the Eagles. I was going for the Patriots. OMG! Tom Brady is soo much cuter than Peyton Manning. lol. Well yeah, that is basically all that is going on. But i need to go b/c I have a Biology test I need to study for so I will talk to you later. luv ya'all. bye.

wow...lots to update on. Where should I start.

Well we went to Gatlinburg for the week before new years. I was sooo much fuN!! We went skiing and stuff even thought the conditions weren't very good, but it was still loads of fun! There was all these bible groups there and it was hilarious b/c my dad got drunk and he was like "Have u been saved" and talking to all these people while my mom and dad were walking around. And then we made him walk on a straight line and he kept stumbling...it was great. Oh yeah we also went to the Dixie Stampede which was so awesome! It was a horse show and we had a contest between the two sides of the ring...it was so funny. And they give u all this food and u can only eat with your fingers! Anyways...that was basically our Gatlinburg trip.

We got report cards and I had an 84.7 which Mrs. Roby didn't round up to an 85 for my semester average. I was SOOO freakin pissed. I like cried so much. gah. But its all good cuz I can bring up my GPA by the end of the year.

OMG! I dunno what else happened so I am just gonna get to the good stuff. Last night was WINTERFEST!!! omg...it was soooo much fun! I danced with like everyone....I am such a social butterfly lol. It was so much fun b/c like thriller came on and all these black people and like 3 white people including me made a big oval circle and we were like making a runway thingy and I went in it and everyone was like crackin up at me and then I danced with this SUPER hot guy. It was so great! OMG....I got like 5 guys "excited" hahahaha. I danced with Brian McNamara, Nathan McBride, Palmer Kyle, Freddie Williams, Johnny, and like 3 other guys. haha. Yeah, I had like the best time! I love dances. I hung out with Maggie alot, and Anna, and Carrie, Emily, Michelle, and the Kickendoll sisters. Plus like 50 other people. Yeah well thats basically all that happened at the dance. I was so tired this morning cuz I stayed on the phone with Christy for like and hour last night till 1. lol. I miss her. Anyways about Sunday.

On Sunday we went to early church and I could like barely wake up b/c my whole family jumped on me. I was sooo tired! Yeah, church was over at 945 so then we were gonna meet Kirsten at Barnhill's but then it was closed so yeah. But Kirsten still picked me up and we went to Chili's and I got Monterey Chicken and it was soooo good! Yeah, then we went to Coldstone Creamery and it didn't open till 12 and we got there at 1145 and the guy was being all mean. But we got our icecream and it was really good. Then we were waiting for Boulevard of Broken Dreams to come on the radio b/c we requested it like 5 times...it was really funny. Now I am back at home and we are going back to church at 5 for dinner.

Omg....I forgot to write this...I was so mad too. Okay I was talkin to Brian online and he was like yeah I wish I had danced with u for the last dance at winterfest b/c I was gonna kiss u...and i was like ugh...omg. lol. But our last song was really weird...it was New York New York.. lol. Anyways....thats basically it, so I am gonna go cuz I gotta clean up my room and the den. I will update later! luv ya'all. katie.

ITS CHRISTMAS DAY!!! WOHOOOO!

Okay well. what did i get??

I really wanted a cell phone but my parents said taht I couldn't get one until I was 15..so I asked for a mini ipod. My mom told me that one of my presents was coming but they ordered it online so it wasn't here yet. So I came downstairs to see what "santa" got me and I saw a North Face jacket which I REALLY wanted, it was purple and then I didn't see the mini ipod. I also had a new scarf...some books, a calendar, a movie and yeah. So I put the North Face jacket on and reached into the pocket and there was a cell phone. OMG...I freaked out! I was like omg omg omg I love u dad! I love u mom! Then I jumped on top on my dad and was like screaming and kissing him and stuff while my mom video taped the whole thing. It was sooo funny!

Lets see. My other presents. Well I got a really cute bracelet and matching earrings from Aunt Nancy. I also got a cute necklace that matches my winterfest dress from my dad. Then I got a really cute lamp from Mrs. Seery and Larey that looks like a purse. I got TONS of new clothes which was really cool! Then I got a $50 check from Granny and Big John. I got new shoes which would be Clarks Wallabees. Then I got a gift card to Gap and some other cool stuff and thats basically it. Oh yeah, and Mimi gave us all a trampoline that we got a bit earlier. So overall this has been an AWESOME christmas!!! Oh I also go earrings from Stephen. Oh yeah and how can I forget that we got tickets to go on a steamboat cruise in New Orleans for four days! Its gonna be sooo much fun! They bring treats to your cabin and make special food for you!! Im excited! lol. Yeah, well thats basically it. Oh one last thing! Maggie DeLaura got me the yellowcard cd, and Christy got me a super cute wallet and 3 abercrombie shirts, and some perfume which is A&F now. It smells sooo good! Well thats basically it. This Christmas has been awesome!!!

I forgot to tell you how Christmas with the Kranks was with Brian. Well, I had a really good time. OMG...brian smells sooooo good. He was wearing Lucky and he gave me a hug and I was just like let me smell you..lol. But yeah the movie was realy funny, and I had lots of fun hanging out with brian. Well thats basically it...oh yeah and I got my wart removed and he was gonna hold my hand but he didn't wanna hurt my finger but it was actually the other hand. And when he found out he was like "oh man!" haha.

OMg...when I got my wart removed..wow was that an experience. Well my mom started laughing at me b/c I kept making faces when he was burning it and giving me the shot. First he gave me a shot to numb it and then he started burning it and sparks were flying off my hand and I was like I can feel that, I can feel that...lol. So then he had to give me another shot..oww. BUt then once he started setting on fire again it didn't hurt. But it was kinda freaky seeing sparks flying off my hand. Anyways, my hand is good now. Its healing. Well I don't really have anything else to say so I am going to go! luv ya guys, katie

I'm soooo excited!!!! ITS CHRISTMAS EVE!! Santa comes tonight yall. It's gonna be great! I asked for a mini ipod..a pink one...lol.

Granny and Big John are here. We are having a good time, at the moment we are watching my band dvd. Aunt Nancy is coming too but her flight got delayed so shes gonna be here a little bit later. We are gonna bake cookies and have lots of fun! OH my goodness, we have sooo many presents under the tree. We've got like 5 million..hahah.

It snowed on Wednesday and it iced over and now its Friday so it hasn't melted yet. lol. Yesterday I played outside ALL day practically. Alex, Nick, Tripp, Skye, Grace, Mac, Meghan, Hannah, and Maggie were all outside. We went to this empty house where the people had moved out and we were sleding down the driveway b/c it was really steep. OMG...it was so funny. Okay Alex and Nick were like Katie your not gracefull, and I go yes I am and maggie laughed. Then right after I said that I slipped and fell. Then I tried to get up and fell again..it was sooo funny!hahaha. Then we all got cold so we went to the Burkhalters and drank hot chocolate and just hung out. It was fun. Then that night I went to go babysit at the Lannoms and it was awesome b/c I only had Jane, and I got 22 bucks.

Barett came on Wednesday and Kirsten and Barett came and picked me up while I was in the shower and they were banging on the door. It was so funny. Then we went to kirstens mommy Jills office for a bit, then it was off to the movie theater to see Meet the Fockers....that movie is hilarious!! omg..its soo funny. Yeah, well that basically all that has happened.

We have now established that the word hoss is awesome and we are going to spread it around the world. lol.

Yesterday I went bowling and Nathan McBride came. That was an experience. It was fun, even though i suck at bowling..haha.

Today I am going to see Christmas with the Kranks with Brian McNamara. So, it should be quite fun!

BARETT is coming tomoro!!!!! I am sooooo excited. I can't wait to see her, its gonna be so awesome. I miss her alot, and she is such a good friend. It stinks that she had to move to Birmingham, AL. But its okay b/c I'm seeing her. lol.

OMG...today I went to the doctor b/c I had to get my wart removed. It was soo freaky first he gave me a shot, and my mom kept laughing at me b/c I was making faces. Then he started like setting my hand on fire and my hand wasn't numb all the way and I could feel it! haha. So then he had to give me another shot which wasn't the greatest then he like set my hand on fire again, then started like cutting it off. It was sooo freaky and scary but it didn't hurt cuz it was numb.

Anyways, exams are over and Christmas is only 5 days away!!! I'm sooo excited! I asked for a pink mini ipod. We went to the mall yesterday which was cool. Well I am gonna go. luv ya guys. xoxox love always, KaTiE

I am soooo excited that Christmas is here!!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIRSTEN! For Kirstens bday we went to bennehanna's it was soo awesome. They sang to her. OMG when we were coming in these guys were walkin in and I was like "hey sexy" and then they were at our table. It was hilarious! lol. We broke seven laws that night. Oh yeah and then the guy across from us, it was his bday and when they were singing I was like "Somebodys over the hill" it was soo funny. But I said it a wee bit to loud..lol. This is what we did: 1. we took a cup from bennehanna. 2. we ran a stop sign and made skid marks..haha. 3. kirsten had 4 people in the car when she can only take one. 4. we drove in the wrong lane 5. we made a u-turn 6. me and haley stuck our heads out of the sun roof while kirs was driving 7. and i can't remember this one but when it comes to me I will remind you. lol.

I just found out BARETT is coming to germantown on Monday or Tuesday thats soooo exciting! She is gonna have a big dinner thingy and it's gonna be awesome! WOHOO!

Winterfest is coming up and i got my dress...its soo cute. Brians like yeah u have to save me a dance and Patrick said that too. lol. My dress is pink and its got a flower and I think I am getting my hair done! It's gonna be great!

OMG....we had exams over the week until Thursday which was a half day. It was so horrible. Wednesday night I spent like 4 hours typing a study guide for Biology and then it got deleted and I like burst into tears. Then I left my study guide at home and I didn't get 10 points added on to my test which mad me really freakin mad. But oh well . And i have a stupid C in World History and i wouldn't have if I had gotten a 200/200 or if I had not gotten 15 stupid points taken off of my little essay thingy b/c i used the internet not the book. Thats SOOO gay. Oh well.

Well I am gonna go to sleep. I saw A Cinderella Story. It was really good! Well I'm goin to bed. luv yall. KaTiE :)

Well exams are next week. I'm screwed. I'm definately gonna fail but its all good.I'm studyin so ya.

I can't wait until tomorrow because the new episode of real world comes out and im psyched.lol

Track practice was today..it was actually lots of fun today. I was also supposed to have a flute lesson but totally neglected the fact that i did. But Amy didn't go either so it's no all my fault b/c neither one of us knew so its okay. Oh yeah, and I got a card from Meghan it was so cute I was like awww. But yeah.

Nick and Alex tricked me into thinking Alex was sad and then I called b/c I am a better friend than NIck but it was all a trick and i felt stupid.lol.

OMG today was so hilarious. I was walking up the stairs well kinda running and Palmer tripped me and I fell up the stairs like on my face..hahah...It was sooo funny! Then I was trying to leave the band storage room and Ashley and Regan were holding hands and wouldn't let me out and i slipped and fell on and stubbed my toe..hhahah. And Regan like fell on the floor cracking up it was funny. Then i was laughing hard and wasn't paying attention and I tripped over all the trombone cases and fell all over them and then Regan like couldn't get off the ground b/c he was crackin up so bad. WOOH! It was great.

Saturday is the Germantown Parade that we are marching in and playing Santa Clause is coming to town which I definately don't have memorized yet but oh well..haha.

Okay, so what has been goin on lately. Oh yeah, im chipper..haha.

On Friday night after track which was fun, I just went home. My mom, dad, and Stephen were all going to the Coillerville Parade. Me and Johnny were just gonna stay home becuase I was kinda sore and yeah. But Kirsten called and she wasn't doing anything and niether was I so I was goin to come over to her house and help her bake cookies to sell in the square on Saturday. So I came over in my pjs and we went looking for circle shaped pretzels. We went to 3 freakin stores and couldn't find circle shaped pretzels. They even had HEARTZELS..but no circles. Anyways, I spent the night and we had fun. Then Saturday I went home and cleaned my room and the den and helped get out christmas decorations and then me, Kirsten, and Nathan McBride went to Starbucks...it was yummy. Oh and we got it for free b/c the cash register was taking to long. It was awesome! Then me and Kirsten left for her dads house b/c he had a christmas party. I didn't think I was gonna like her daddy from what I heard but he was sooo nice and so was her step mom and her little sister Racheal and her little brother Zach. Yeah, but it was fun. And then Carrie called us with bad news about all-west and said that NONE of the flutes from Houston made it which is messed up b/c Kirsten and Carrie both deserved to make it! But, its okay it will be all good. OH yeah, and Jackie got 3rd chair and she was crying which is messed up b/c she should be first but oh well. And I talked to tons of people who said they did bad but whatever. Well I have to go eat my fried bologna and then go to church so bye yall.

I dunno why I decided to be silly but I am.

I can only say a little bit b/c I have to go to cheerleading soon.

I brought my grade up in Honors World HIstory from a 70 to a 76 which is pretty exciting.lol. Even though it is still a D but its okay b/c I am definately going to get a B in History.

Well today in science Patrick like asked if he wanted to hang out, or asked me out or told me he liked me. It was something like that. I'm not really sure. And I acted so stupid too..haha. He wrote a note and it was like do u need a study partner or help on the next test, and I was like yea...and he was like no read it again...haha.

Also, on the bus this morning it was pouring and I did the most hilarious thing..lol. I was like OMG It's snowing outside! and it wasnt snowing it was just raining. And everyone on the bus was like "Katie you are so dumb we are never gonna let u forget this one" hahahah. Yeah

Well g2g. Have to read 10 chapters of A Tale of Two Cities. ANd cheerleading. bye

haha...im giddy.

Okay well what to say. I haven't written in here for the longest time because I have had absolutely no time with boys, school, band, cheerleading..and yeah. I am ready for church and waiting for the rest of my family becuase it takes them like an hour to get ready..lol.

Band. Well about 2 weeks ago I think it was we went to MTSU for the state championship. OMG...it was the funnest(i know its not a real word) thing ever. We left during 4th period on Friday to drive up to Nashville. We stopped in Dixon, TN for lunch. I really wanted to go to Cracker Barrel to get chicken and dumplings b/c I am like in love with them, but no one wanted to go with me b/c they said the line would be to long. So I was planning on going by myself but then Palmer was like hey where are u eating and I was like CB so he was like okay i will come with. Yeah, so we ate and it was yummy and then we played checkers and we were so stupid b/c we played until there were no moves cuz we moved all the wrong ways. I was funny. Then when we got to Nashville that night we were going to practice in the MTSU stadium. It was soooo awesome when we were practicing! I was like freezing outside and it was just us in the stadium. Yeah. Then that night we went to our hotel ( which by the way was really nice) and then we went to eat b/c there was about 50 restaurants around the hotel. Kirsten and Koda went to Chick-Fil-a and Jackie, Barett, and I went to Wendy's b/c it was kinda far away so no one was in there. After that us three went to Target. When we were in Target we saw Kirsten and Koda, and Brian McNamara and Johnathan Chapman, and Andy Day and Michelle. It was so funny b/c andy was knitting a scarf and we were like what are u doing and hes like "I'm knitting" lol. Yeah then we went back to the hotel and we went downstairs and got soda and popcorn out of the vending machine. Then we ate it in our room while Kirsten told us about her and Koda's "adventures" lol. Then the next morning we went to Cracker Barrel. It was good. Then we went to the MTSU stadium to watch a few bands. Then it was back to the trailer to get dressed for us to perform. Our performance was AWESOME! We did sooo good. But unfortunately we didn't make finals by .01 It was so stupid b/c we should have made finals. But what ever b/c it was still fun! Yeah, then on the way home I sat with Palmer. But nothing happened. Yeah that is basically all of band.

Then something sad happened. Barett had to leave. On Monday night I had spent the night with Kirsten and Barett and Kirsten's house. We had such a good time except the part where Kirsten and Barett threw all of my halloween candy like at my face...haha. Anyway, it was lots of fun! After MTSU Barett had to leave for Birmingham, Alabama. Yeah, I miss her alot, but its okay.

Now about school. I'm saving the guys for last b/c thats always the best part.

Well I have like a 65 in World HIstory. It is awful. I have to get 100's on all the rest of the tests or else I am gonna have a D or a C on my report card. I CANNOT have a C on my report card, much less a D. Yeah, but I am studying and doing my best. But you know its kind of funny b/c I have practically all A's in my other classes but now I am failing that one its weird. Yeah well thats about it.lol.

About boys. Wow I have alot to say. Well like i said I sat with Palmer on the way home from MTSU. Well Palmer likes me and I kinda liked him but I don't anymore b/c he is to annoying an clingy. It was really funny though b/c Brian got jealous(i think) b/c me and Palmer kinda liked each other. Palmer, Maggie, JD, and I all went to go see Ray Charles...lol. That was kind of a wierd movie to go see as a "get together" not a date...lol. Palmer was calling it a date. Yeah, well now i don't like Palmer. I kinda think I like Brian. It's just Palmer always tries to be funny and is clingy and he gets annoying sometimes. Yeah, Brian keeps telling me that I need to tell PK that I don't like him and he is right. So tomorrow I am dropping the bomb. lol. I was actually gonna tell him on Friday, but i thought he would be at the game so I didn't tell him during school cuz I didn't want it to be awkward. But he ended up not goin to the game b/c he had to leave to go hunting. Yeah, so now me and brian are gonna have a campfire and make somores and tell our stories....haha. Well that is basically it and theres nothing much more to say.

I miss barett.

I feel bad for Kirsten b/c today she was supposed to go to the movies with Koda but she ended up goin with me and Jackie and he got all mad and made her jealous. Yeah.

Tonight I went to the mall with my mom and got my hair cut and it looks sooo cute! And I got lots of Christmas clothes. yeah, it was fun! Spending quality time with my mother.

This week coming up is Turkey break! I'm excited we are goin to Hickory and its gonna be fun.

Well I'm goin to bed so yeah I will update again when I get a chance.

GoSH....what a weekend I had.

On Friday we had a game against Bolton. It was homecoming so they had the court with all of the nominees for Homecoming Queen, and Princess's. For the freshmans Nissa won. She is really pretty, but I really wanted Anna Clark to win! But its all good. Our routine like sucked ass. We were so bad...haha. And that was the one my mom videotaped b/c I wanted her to video tape all of the homecoming ppl and b/c we had like a special routine thingy. OMg...we have this dance taht we do after Lucretia...and it is soooo funny! We look like power rangers..lol. At first we had thriller in there but it looked bad, so we had to take it out and do sumthin different. Which is kinda good b/c I didn't really wanna be doing like Micheal Jackson at our competitions..haha. On Friday day...like during school was teh pep rally during sixth period. It was sooo awesome!!! Our skit was like the funniest one. It was Napolean Dynamite and it was the greatest. Like it was on one side the Mustang Cowboys and then on the otehr were Indians and they had like a dance off. ANd then Napolean Dynamite runs out for teh Cowboys and starts dancing but hes really just like making himself look stupid in front of the whole school and it was the funniest thing ever! I was cracking up soooo bad. Yeah, and then we were all like screaming FRESHMAN! FRESHMAN! so I like half lost my voice, plus I kinda lost my voice b/c of the dance but I'm not ready to talk about that yet. Anyways, then I stayed after with Kirsten b/c she had to clean Mellophones b/c Carrie made her stay after. I don't even see why she had to stay after b/c first of all she like never messed up and the only reason Kirsten said sumthin to Carrie about ppl having to stay after was b/c we were gonna have to run which is bullshit. So, Carrie is being pretty gay b/c Kirsten didn't even do anything to Carrie or have a bad attitude she just didn't want all of us staying after and running and Carrie like made her stay for nothing. (personally I think she just did it to try and make Kirsten mad). Anyways, I got 3 fish for Kirsten b/c the seniors theme was ocean so they had fish in their hallway. And I caught some for her. She named them Nemo, Dorie, and Marvin (I think it was marvin...Oh just kidding it was merlin). Yeah, I got bored watching everyone polish Mellophones so I decided to go outside and play football with all the guys that were out there. THey were all like oh no u can't play ur a gurl but I was like just let me play so they did. Anyway, I said to the quarter back let me have the ball b/c they won't tackle me...so he handed the ball off to me and I ran in and got a touchdown!!! They were all like oMG...b/c like two of the guys tried to tackle me but I stayed up and kept running. So they were like I can't believe that girl got a touchdown! It was awesome....haha. Then Kirsten made me go b/c we had to go to the pet store to get food for the fishes. We drove Coileen home and may I mention that Coileen is super nice and sweet. ANyways, we went to the pet store to get food even though Kirstens mom said she couldn't buy fish but its all good now b/c she didn't care when she saw them. When we were in the store I was like petting and holding this little kitten while Kirsten got the supplies and the kitty was soooo cute! I was like NOOO when we had to leave..lol. Then we went to eat dinner at this place but I forget waht it is called, but it had good food so thats all that matters..haha.

Okay on to homecoming!! Well first on Saturday I woke up at 12 and that was by force...lol. I could have slept till like one or two but i had to clean my room and go get my nails done with my mom...even though I didn't even get to the cleaning my room part..but its all good b/c my parents didn't care. Yeah, then I straightened my hair and put my dress and make up on to go to the dance. After that me and my mom walked over to Ashleys at like 550 b/c Ashley was gonna get there at 6 and my mom wanted to take pics of us. Ashley and Maggie looked gorgeous! Yeah, so we drove to the zoo for homecoming and I got to be the first one in!!!!!! Haha I was so excited. Then I hung out with Maggie, Ashley, Nicole, Emmy, Josh, and JD for like the first 2 hours and then I hung out with like everyone after that. I think I danced with like 20 different ppl. I even had a dance a thon with Quinten( me winning of course). OMG!...the funniiest thing happened too. Okay all of these black girls had a circle and they were all like dancing(shakin there groove thing) and I went in the middle and started dancin. And they wre all like gO white gurl, go white gurl...it was sooooo funny! omG...I was like cracking up...lol. Yeah, that was definately a highlight of the night. Yeah, and then me and Ashley requested 1985 and when they played it we were like screaming the words so I like lost my voice from that. Yeah, but overall the dance ROCKED and I LOVED IT!!!! It was like soooo much fun!

Anyways, that is enough typing for one night! I have to go read for HOnors World HIstory! I took our test today and i think I got a 106 so hopefully that will raise my grade up to almost an A and our porject if I get a 200 out of 200 will bring it up to an A. Now all I have to do after that is get an A in biology and I will have straight A's which means 50 bucks!! Even though I prolly won't get it but its all good. Well I am gonna go so yeah. Luv ya.

Hey Guys,

WOW...I havent written in here in a really long time...Yeah. ANyways, what is new. THis weekend is homecoming...I am soooo excited!! Two people have already asked me which are Freddie and Nathan but I said no to both of them b/c I wanna go with sumone else who I think is gonna ask me but I dunno we will have to see. YEah, we have an awesome band show. We have like a skit goin on that goes with teh music while we are playing and there is this guy on stilts. At this one part he dies and he has to fall back and the symbols catch him..kinda like a trust fall. Yeah, I had an Honors World History test today and I think I like failed b/c I am dumb...lol. BUt its ok..I have an 88 so if it goes down like a point or two I will still have a B and it will be all good. The honor roll is really weird here. THe lowest grades you can have is 3 A's and 3 B's. But its okay b/c I am still making honor roll. Yeah, this friday we dont have a game so Maggie Davis is coming over and spending the night. We were gonna go shopping but we can't b/c I have to babysit Stephen while my parents go out to dinner or sumthin. Yeah, then on Saturday from 9-1 me and Maggie are goin to Briarcrest HIgh to the Key Club Rally to work so we can get hours. We are also bringin books to get hours for that too. Yeah, last weekend was the flute sleepover if I didnt already write that down in here. IT WAS AWESOME!!! OMG...we had the best time. At night me and Haley were like cracking up for like an hour straight. It was crazy. My nickname is the Hurdler b/c at band practice( we ahd a saturday practice from 9-5) we were practicing on the track and I said to Haley hey lets jump over the hurdle. ANd she ran from like a mile away and made it, and I ran from like 2 feet away and didn't make it. And I like fell on my face on the track! It was the funniest thing you have ever seen!! gosh good times. lol. Anyways, me Kirsten and Baret have been hangin out alot lately. At the flute sleepover we went to Ben and Jerrys and got a Vermonster!!! It was sooo much fun! I took the vermonster and smeared it all over Barets face!!! It was the funniest thing. I have had some good memories so far..lol. This sunday me and Maggie are goin to the mall to go shopping for homecoming dresses. My mom is gonna leave me in the mall alone with my credit card!! Isn't that crazy. But she said I can't spend more than 60 bucks without calling her so yeah. Well I kinda gotta go b/c I have to go read my gay Mythology book for Honors World History. It is like the boringest book u have ever read! Well I love yall. Katie

Yeah, I got back from Maggie's birthday like 2 hours ago. OMG....it was soo much fuN! MAny good times..lol. Anywyas, I am watching JOe Dirt....haha. On Friday we had our second game..I kinda messed up at this one part but its all good I don't think anyone noticed. Except my parents..haha. ANd then after I was gonna go to TCBY with Haley and Ashley and Regan and a bunch of other ppl. BUt my parents wouldnt take me, so I didn't go. But then my dad said I could go with Kirsten and some other ppl to Wendy's. SO we went there but then it was closed, so we went to Starbucks instead. I got a Mocha flavored Frappichino and this lemon cake thing. It was soooo good! OMG...haha. Yeah, and tehn on saturday I went to go see Princess Diaries 2 with Kirsten. I was supposed to go to a party but my parents couldnt drive me so I just went to teh movie. Then to Maggies party. Then today I am just hangin out and later tongiht I am goin to youth group. Next weekend we go camping!! I am sooo excited it is gonna be sooo much fun! Yeah, well I g2g. Oh yeah, now I get 10 bucks for my allowance...its pretty great..lol. Yeah well i love yall.

Today we went to Graceland. It was pretty fun! His house is sooo nice..well I mean for like back then. OMG....I hate school...aha. I'm not even done with my first book of summer reading and the test on the first book is on MOnday...haha. Yeah, we had our first football game but I think I already wrote about that. I am eating candy right now just thought I would let you guys know that...haha. I can't wait till our first band competition it is gonna be soo much fun! Yeah, anyways on labor day weekend with church we are goin camping at to this lake. It is gonna be soooo much fun! I can't wait. We are gonna go skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, and kneeboarding. OMG...I have to finish reading my summer books by monday and I am still on my first book I havent' even started the second one yet...haha. Yeah, but its all good. Even though the tess are supposed to be sooo freakin hard! haha. Last night was our game...it was sooo awesome! It was such an adrenalin rush! Anyways, today I just like hung out, read my book, and I am currently watching 13 going on 30...hahah. I have to go to this pool party thingy tonight I think. I dunno I might be like going to the movies with ppl or sumthin it all depends. yeah, Tomorrow there is gonna be like a massive pillow fight at church! It is gonna be awesome. cant wait! haha. But yeah, I kinda gotta go b/c I have to finish reading my book and do sumthin for my dad. luv yall.

hey yall,

OMG....tonight is our band concert! I am soooo excited! This is gonna be my first football game to march at EVER! ahhh....it doesn't seem that exciting, but it really is. I hope I don't mess up, and I hope it doesnt rain...haha...watch me like fall on my butt when I am backing up...lol. Yeah, anways, we had a World History Honors test today and it was pretty easy. I think I got an A. At least I hope so, hahah. Yeah, tonight we are playing Overton! They aren't really that well known but yeah. I can't wait until M.T.S.U. that is the Tennessee state championships even though I highly doubt that we will ever win! haha. The chance is like once in a million! hahahahah. Yeah, anyways school is goin good and its awesome here. lol. This weekend I think I am gonna hang out with Maggie and Jake. I dunno what else I am gonna do. I might like go to the pool with Shane, NIck, and Alex or sumthin but yeah. Anyways, OMG...the other day yesterday, a flag gurl hit my flute and my mouth and my mouth started bleeding, and she like broke a key on my flute...hahhha. Yeah, but its all good now b/c Mr. Smith fixed it and everything is great at the moment....lol. ooo...guess what! Mrs. Seery(my moms friend) is coming to visit today! she is gonna see my performance. My parents are videotaping it...hahahah. Yeah, well I g2g so I will write more later I just had to update it b/c I hadn't done it in like 5 years..haha. ALright well i love yall. Katie-E

hey yall,

OMG...haha I haven't written in sooo long! Okay what has been going on lately. Well, I just finished my first week of highschool. OMG...it was sooo awesome! AHH! haha. IT is lots of fun and I love highschool. I broke up with my boyfriend Sean b/c when we started goin out at the rock a thon I like wasnt really thinking that much. ANd like then I realized I didn't like him as much as I thought. Yeah, I felt really bad plus he like just gave me a present for my birthday. But its okay now IM SINGLE! haha. On Friday night I went to this pool party at our neighborhood pool. IT was soooo much fun! Like everyone in my neighborhood was like sucking helium from these baloons and we were like running around in the streets...lol. And then all these potheads came so we left...haha. Then on Saturday I was gonna go to the movies, but then like no one ended up goin and I hadto babysit my dads work friends kids like all day. But I got 50 bucks so that was pretty cool. I have to save up to go to camp next year and I have like 150 bucks so far. But I have to get like 400 haha. So I still have a long way to go. THen today is SUnday and I went to church. For a youth group thing at chruch we are going camping and boating. It is gonna be sooooo much fun! Yeah, I think I am gonna go to the pool today also. Alright, for school I am taking ALgebra 1 honors, Biology 1, English 1 Honors, World HIstory 1 Honors, Marching Band, and Welness. SO it is pretty easy so far. Except the people who are 10th graders in my biology class are soooo dumb!!! OMG... they didn't even know what independent and dependent variables are. I doubt they even know waht a variable is...haha. IT was crazy...lol. Well I am gonna go b/c I have to go eat my chicken pot pie....hahahhah. ALright well I love yall. love always, Katie-e

Hey,

I have like no energy...hahah. I was doing the Rock a Thon for band and I didnt' sleep for 29 hours. Because the other day I woke up at 630 and thne I didnt sleep until like 1230 the next day...haha. And when I did get to sleep it was only for 2 hours which kinda sucked. Oh I got like 4 new pairs of pants and 2 skirts. I am so excited b/c I didn't have any clothes and you can't wear pants at my highschool. Which is really stinky! But yeah, me and sean are going out. hehe. He plays the tuba....hahahah. Yeah, I am pretty excited. Oh yeah, also today we went to this barbeque cookout thingy with my dads work. I thought it was gonna be really boring, but it wasn't that bad. But the bad part was that since I had to go to that I didn't get to go to The Place where they were having a concert. But its okay b/c they have like 3 concerts every weekend anyway. Well I am gonna go b/c i have to check my emails and stuff. The ROck a THon was awesome. OMG...I ran on teh ground and tried to like slide b/c I was wearing slippy pants, but it didn't work. ANd I ripped 2 wholes in my pants where the knees are. And my knees got like skid burned and it like scraped teh skin off.....hahhahahaha. It hurt soo bad but it was soooo funny! I was cracking up soo bad. lol. Yeah, anyway then when we were goin to the bathroom a cockroach was like 1 cm from crawling on my foot so I like jumped up on top of the stal wall thingy, like the part tthat is in between teh 2 stalls. haha. I was so scared and I screamed so loud. IT was great! Well yeah, a bunch of other fun stuff happened lol. It was like a big sleepover with all my friends...lol. OMG...I can't believe that school starts on MONDAY! It is crazy. I don't want school to start. I mean like I wanna see people, but like my teachers at registration were like oh you better be ready b/c we are gonna give you homework on the first day of school so be prepared. AHHH!
